Job Description

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate with department heads to forecast and plan workforce requirements.
  • Oversee interview, selection, and onboarding processes.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement action plans.
  • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit processes.

3. Performance Management

  • Lead the performance appraisal process and ensure fairness and transparency.
  • Develop KPIs, manage appraisals, and support employee development plans.
  • Recognize and reward high-performing employees.

4. Learning & Development

  • Assess training needs and develop learning programs to bridge skill gaps.
  • Organize internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Support leadership and career development initiatives.

5. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Draft, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

6. Payroll & HR Operations

  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management systems.
  • Oversee HR systems, documentation, and administrative support.
  • Ensure timely processing of salaries, benefits, and reimbursements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
