1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Coordinate with department heads to forecast and plan workforce requirements. Oversee interview, selection, and onboarding processes. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution. Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement action plans. Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit processes. 3. Performance Management Lead the performance appraisal process and ensure fairness and transparency. Develop KPIs, manage appraisals, and support employee development plans. Recognize and reward high-performing employees. 4. Learning & Development Assess training needs and develop learning programs to bridge skill gaps. Organize internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Support leadership and career development initiatives. 5. HR Policies & Compliance Draft, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). Conduct audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards. 6. Payroll & HR Operations Manage payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management systems. Oversee HR systems, documentation, and administrative support. Ensure timely processing of salaries, benefits, and reimbursements. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
