Role Description


Human Resources Manager

This role is critical in aligning HR strategies with business objectives while ensuring employee engagement, compliance, and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage

    end-to-end HR operations

    , including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exits
  • Develop and implement

    HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks

  • Handle

    statutory compliance

    (PF, ESI, labor laws, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
  • Drive

    talent acquisition strategies

    and workforce planning
  • Manage

    performance management systems (PMS)

    and employee appraisal cycles
  • Oversee

    employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions

  • Design and execute

    training & development programs

  • Partner with leadership on

    organizational development and HR strategy

  • Maintain HRMIS and generate MIS reports for management review
Eligibility & Requirements
  • Minimum

    8 years of experience

    as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist
  • Strong exposure to

    recruitment, compliance, payroll, and HR operations

  • Proven experience in

    team handling and stakeholder management

  • Excellent knowledge of

    Indian labor laws and statutory regulations

  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • MBA/PGDM in

    Human Resources or related discipline

    preferred
