Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role based in Patiala for a Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment, conducting onboarding and training programs, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves performance management processes, promoting employee engagement and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Recruitment, Workforce Planning, and Talent Acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Policy Design.
• Experience in Performance Management and Employee Relations.
• Proficiency in Leadership, Organizational Development, and Change Management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is desirable.
• 5-8 years of HR experience.
• Experience with HRMS and MS Office.
