Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Punjab, India, for a CRM cum Digital Marketing Executive. The executive will be responsible for improving customer retention, enhancing customer experience, and facilitating online marketing efforts. Daily tasks will include analyzing data, supporting sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and executing digital marketing campaigns.Marketing Professional Specialized in B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management,Business Development, Event Management and CRM operations
key Role:-
1. Digital Marketing & Social Media AdvertisingPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms.Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI using analytics tools.Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for digital creatives and ad copies.Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in social media and digital advertising.2. CRM ManagementMaintain and update the CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records.Segment customer data for targeted marketing and communications.Track customer interactions and behaviors to support personalized marketing efforts.Monitor CRM analytics and generate reports on campaign performance and customer engagement.3. Exhibition & Event CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors for exhibition planning and execution.Handle pre-event preparations including logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and lead generation tools.Oversee event setup and provide on-site support during exhibitions.Capture leads at events and ensure timely follow-up through CRM systems.Analyze post-event metrics to evaluate ROI and effectiveness.4. Collaboration & CommunicationCollaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts.Communicate with vendors, agencies, and partners for campaign and event execution.Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on campaign and event performance.

- Effective Communication and Sales skills
- Digital Marketing knowledge is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration,BBA & MBA or a related field Experience 1-2 years
