Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing the recruitment and selection process, and supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of staff. The role also includes maintaining employee records, managing performance management processes, and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Skills in HR strategy development and implementation
• Knowledge of HR metrics and analytics
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
• Familiarity with current labor laws and regulations
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
