Ltd. is looking for a high-ownership, result-driven Sourcing professional with deep experience in the Surat textile ecosystem. The candidate must have hands-on knowledge of fabric/trims markets, strong vendor influence, and the ability to ensure 100% timely availability of raw materials required for production. This role demands someone tough, disciplined, well-connected, and extremely reliable—not just a coordinator, but someone who takes complete responsibility for vendor performance. 1. End-to-End Sourcing Management Source fabrics, laces, embroideries, prints, dyeing services, trims, accessories, packing materials , etc. Take complete responsibility from inquiry → negotiation → order → delivery → material quality check. 2. Vendor Network & Market Handling Must have a strong working network with Surat’s key markets Maintain multiple vendor options for each category to avoid dependency. 3. Delivery & Timeline Enforcement Ensure strict on-time delivery of raw materials aligned to production plans. Continuously follow up with vendors, escalate delays, and ensure material reaches the factory without excuses. Track lead times and push for aggressive delivery timelines. 4. Costing & Negotiation Negotiate rates, credit terms, payment cycles, and bulk deals. Maintain updated costing sheets and price benchmarks for all major categories. Prevent cost overruns and ensure competitive procurement. 5. Quality Assurance Conduct pre-purchase checks, quality verification, and inspection at vendor locations. Reject substandard material immediately and ensure quick replacement. 6. Documentation & Reporting Issue POs, maintain GRN records, track vendor performance, maintain purchase registers. Provide daily/weekly sourcing status reports to management. 7. Problem-Solving & Coordination Handle last-minute changes, urgent sourcing needs, and production emergencies. Coordinate internally with sampling, designing, production, and QC teams. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5+ years of strong sourcing experience in ethnic wear, women’s wear, or textile sourcing. Must have practical field experience —not office-based sourcing only. Strong network and personal rapport with multiple Surat vendors. Ability to manage 10+ vendor relationships at any time. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and vendor-control skills. Strong follow-up discipline and willingness to be on the field daily. Ability to handle pressure, fast timelines, and high-quantity orders. Must be street-smart, proactive, and solution-oriented. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, and HR policy enforcement. Daily tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, providing support for employee developwment programs, and managing performance review cycles. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining HR records, promoting organizational culture, and facilitating open communication across teams. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Corporate Recruitment Handle hiring for staff, mid-level managers, designers, merchandisers, sourcing specialists, QA/QC teams, accounts, admin, HR, and operational roles. Interview Management & Evaluation Conduct first-level HR screening, competency evaluation, salary fitment checks, and culture fit assessments. Coordinate technical interviews with department heads. Ensure that only high-quality candidates reach the final stage. 4. HR Processes, Documentation & Onboarding Issue offer letters, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth onboarding. Required Skills & Experience 3–7 years of experience exclusively in recruitment / talent acquisition. Experience hiring for garment/textile/fashion/e-commerce organizations is a strong advantage. Strong sourcing skills — LinkedIn search, Naukri Boolean search, headhunting. Ability to hire for 15–25 roles simultaneously with tight deadlines. Excellent communication, interview skills, and candidate evaluation capabilities. Strong discipline, follow-up skills, and ownership-driven work style. High speed of execution; must be able to close roles quickly. Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable) Close all open roles within committed timelines (15–45 days depending on level).
