The Fashion Design Manager will be responsible for executing operational tasks related to design such as sampling, embroidery working, following up with vendors and several in-house teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly under design director of the company, and make a huge impact through effective interpersonal skills. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating new designs, working with textiles, and overseeing embroidery. Daily tasks include sketching design concepts, selecting fabrics, collaborating with the fitting team, and ensuring that designs align with company standards and client specifications. The Fashion Designer will also stay updated with current fashion trends and incorporate them into new designs. Qualifications Fashion Design and Fashion skills Experience with Textiles and Fitting Proficiency in Embroidery techniques Excellent attention to detail and creativity Strong ability to collaborate with team members and clients Ability to work on-site in Surat Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices is a plus Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
