Riverwood Projects is a new-age real estate company with a clear vision — to become one of India’s leading developers. We are currently launching a landmark 25-acre plotted township in Sector 7, Kharkhauda — next to IMT industrial zone , a 50 acre township in rohtak and another 7 acre ddjay township in kharkhauda
Role: GM – Sales
You will lead, build, and scale the entire sales function for our township project.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Build and lead the in-house sales team
✅ Manage and grow broker & channel partner network
✅ Drive sales targets and revenue growth
✅ Conduct team training and performance reviews
✅ Oversee site visits, client handling & closure
✅ Develop strong MIS/reporting systems for management
Profile Requirements:
🔹 7–12 years experience in real estate sales
🔹 Experience in plotted colony / township / DDJAY preferred
🔹 Proven ability to drive and close sales
🔹 Strong network in NCR real estate market
🔹 Team leadership & hiring experience
🔹 Self-driven, target-oriented professional
