About the Role:

Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Lead performance management efforts and employee development plans
  • Lead benefit administration and open enrollment
  • Maintain accurate employee records (HRIS, personnel files, etc.)
  • Track and analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.)
  • Oversee training and development of employees.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging company culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7-10 years of HR management experience
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
