We are now expanding our team and looking for an experienced HR Manager who can build a strong organizational culture, streamline HR operations, and lead our people initiatives with passion and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.

·      Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee engagement programs.

·      Handle onboarding, training, and performance management systems.

·      Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

·      Drive initiatives for employee retention, productivity, and workplace culture.

·      Coordinate with management to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.

·      Maintain HR records, reports, and analytics for decision-making.

·      Act as a bridge between management and employees for smooth communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

·      Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT or Technology company.

·      Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and performance management.

·      Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

·      Proficiency with HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

·      Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, growing environment.
