Additional responsibilities include supporting training and development initiatives, managing HR data and reporting, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and recruitment strategies. Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace policy implementation. Skills in performance management, training, and employee development. Proficiency in HR data management, reporting tools, and ensuring compliance. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities. Familiarity with labor laws and best HR practices. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
