Job Description


HR Manager


1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:


Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles – sales, engineering, site staff, etc.

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Conduct interviews, reference checks, and negotiate offers.

Develop talent pipelines and maintain candidate database.


2. Onboarding & Induction:


Design and implement onboarding plans for new hires.

Conduct induction sessions for new employees.

Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.


3. Employee Relations & Engagement:


Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues professionally.

Promote employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and feedback systems.

Foster a positive work environment through open communication.


4. HR Policies & Compliance:


Develop and update HR policies in line with labor laws and industry practices.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).

Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.


5. Payroll & Attendance:


Oversee payroll processing in coordination with the finance team.

Manage attendance systems, leave records, and salary disbursements.

Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements.


6. Performance Management:


Implement performance appraisal systems and KPI tracking.

Conduct annual and periodic reviews with department heads.

Support career development and succession planning.


7. Training & Development:


Identify training needs and conduct skill development programs.

Arrange for leadership training, compliance training, and workshops.

Measure effectiveness of training initiatives.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the real estate/construction sector.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and compliance.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficient in HR software and MS Office.
