The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales and business development, exceptional client relationship management skills, and a strong understanding of the enterprise sales landscape. This role involves identifying new opportunities, managing key corporate accounts, and driving business growth through innovative sales strategies. Key Responsibilities 1. Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning Conduct in-depth industry research to uncover trends, demands, and whitespace opportunities. Monitor competitor movements and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge. 2. Lead Generation & Business Acquisition Identify and qualify corporate clients through networking, industry events, outbound efforts, and digital channels. Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-potential B2B opportunities. 3. Client Relationship Management Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, procurement heads, and stakeholders. Act as the go-to contact for strategic clients and deliver customized business solutions. 4. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Lead sales pitches, proposal development, presentations, and client meetings. Drive negotiations and ensure successful deal closures within stipulated timelines. 5. Collaboration & Coordination Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, product, finance, and operations for seamless delivery. Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation. 6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines through dashboards and reporting tools. Monitor KPIs and provide insights to leadership for continuous process improvement. 7. Customer Experience & Support Ensure a smooth onboarding process and maintain high post-sales engagement. Address client concerns and provide proactive support to ensure satisfaction and retention. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, 2/3 years of proven B2B business development experience, preferably in IT services, SaaS, manufacturing, or enterprise solutions. Deep knowledge of B2B sales cycles, client engagement models, and key market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot). Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
