We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Anantam HR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving growth by acquiring new clients and projects. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current relationships. Coordinate with potential clients to understand their HR needs and provide suitable services. Handle client acquisition and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Collaborate with the recruitment and operations team to ensure timely delivery of services to clients. Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business deals. Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Maintain records of client communication, feedback, and progress in CRM tools. Meet weekly/monthly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
