Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Business Development Associate

to drive sales and partnerships with

coaching classes and training institutes

in the Nagpur region. The role focuses on expanding market presence, building strong institutional relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard

coaching classes, tuition centers, and training institutes

in Nagpur.
Promote and sell educational products such as study materials, test series, academic solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with

coaching institute owners, directors, and faculty

.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with decision-makers.
Achieve assigned

sales targets and business growth objectives

.
Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence.
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, delivery, and post-sales support.
Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and reports.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in

institutional sales

, preferably in coaching classes, EdTech, or educational services.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships and close deals independently.
Willingness to travel locally within Nagpur.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Attributes

Existing network with coaching classes in Nagpur.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
