The Role 🎯 As an HR Manager at Eventstrat, you'll lead comprehensive human resources initiatives, drive organizational development, and ensure our people strategy aligns with business objectives while maintaining a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities 📋 Talent Acquisition & Management Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for key roles Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria Ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new hires HR Operations & Compliance Maintain HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records Implement HR technology solutions and optimize processes Track and report on key HR metrics and analytics Employee Relations & Engagement Foster positive employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts Design and implement engagement initiatives to boost retention Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover trends Establish transparent performance conversations with employees, for feedback and collaboration What We're Looking For ✅ Required Qualifications 4+ years of HR management experience in fast-paced environments Willingness to develop HR systems and team from the ground up Proven track record in talent acquisition and HR operations Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics Core Skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities Strong organizational and project management capabilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Comfortable managing multiple priorities in dynamic settings HR Expertise Understanding of compensation and benefits structures Experience with performance management frameworks Knowledge of learning and development methodologies Familiarity with employee engagement and retention strategies Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Experience in start-up or high-growth technology companies Background in scaling teams from 50+ to 200+ employees Experience with remote and hybrid workforce management How to Apply 📩 Send your resume to hr@eventstrat.ai with subject line: "HR Manager Application – [Your Name]" Compensation 💰 Competitive package based on experience and skills.
