• Oversee employee lifecycle operations: onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and documentation for both domestic and international teams.
• Ensure smooth and compliant HR service delivery across all geographies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors (PEOs, payroll partners, etc.).
• Maintain and manage employee records, HRIS data accuracy, and document control across regions.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
• Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, POSH, etc.) and
international employment regulations (including GDPR, local labor laws in EMEA/APAC).
• Support internal and external audits and ensure HR policies and practices are standardized yet
locally adaptable.
• Draft, revise, and implement HR policies for global applicability while meeting country-specific
compliance.
• Coordinate with payroll teams (internal and outsourced) to manage payroll processing, benefits
administration, and statutory filings for India and international regions.
• Ensure timely and accurate salary inputs, variable pay, leaves, reimbursements, and compliance
deductions.
• Administer and maintain HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Keka, etc.).
• Drive process automation, digitization of records, and workflow standardization across locations.
• Act as a liaison between HR, IT and system vendors to improve system functionalities and resolve
issues.
• Generate HR dashboards and reports for leadership, including headcount, attrition, joining/leaving
trends, probation tracking, and HR compliance status.
• Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights across geographies.
Team & Stakeholder Management
• Lead and mentor a team of HR executives/coordinators across India and support remote
international teams.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless
employee experience globally.
• Act as the point of contact for all escalations related to HR operations.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive HR operations experience, with at least 2–3 years handling international
operations (Europe/APAC preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Indian labor laws and familiarity with global employment practices.
• Proficient in using HRIS platforms and tools; excellent in Excel, reporting, and data validation.
• Cross-cultural awareness and ability to work across time zones.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, operations, and systems integration.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and results-focused.
