Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll processing.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.).
  • Develop and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions fairly.
  • Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate training programs.
  • Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 4–7 years of HR experience (preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG).
  • Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and payroll systems.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
