What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end
talent acquisition
for design, creative, and business roles
Create a seamless
onboarding/offboarding
experience
Manage
HR operations
, including policies, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR systems
Run
performance management cycles
and help structure OKRs/KPIs
Drive
culture building
and employee engagement initiatives
Facilitate
learning & development
programs
Partner with leadership on
organizational design
and scale-up strategy

What We're Looking For

7–10 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in creative, design, agency, startup, or tech environments
Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle
Experience working independently in a small, fast-moving team
Excellent communication, empathy, and stakeholder management
Familiarity with modern HR tools and people practices
