What You Will Own

• Build a 

  robust hiring engine

   to attract and retain top talent across both Walnut & Imago & Getter
• Set up 

  HR systems, policies, SOPs and HRMS workflows

   that support scale
• Design and run 

  performance & goal-setting frameworks (KRAs / KPIs / OKRs)

• Drive a 

  culture of accountability, ownership & excellence

• Set up 

  succession planning

  , so growth never depends on just one person
• Lead and mentor a team of 

  2–3 Junior HR Executives

• Work with a Senior HR consultant as a strategic partner
• Report directly to the 

  Founders & Business Head.

Ideal Profile

• 8–15 years of experience in 

  HR roles with at least 3–5 years in a senior / lead capacity

• Experience scaling 

  small–midsized companies

   (startups, agencies, B2B, FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, etc.)
• Strong exposure to 

  Talent Acquisition, HR Strategy, Performance Management, Culture & Engagement

• Comfort working across 

  two businesses

  , building systems largely from scratch
• High ownership mindset – you like to 

  design, implement, measure and improve

Compensation & Growth

• CTC Range:

   

  ₹10–15 LPA

   (fixed + performance-linked variable), commensurate with experience & fit
