Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes. - Maintain and update employee records and HR documents accurately. - Plan and coordinate onboarding processes and conduct orientation sessions for new employees. - Facilitate and track employee training and development programs to enhance skill sets. - Promote and reinforce the company's culture and core values among the team. - Support daily HR operations ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. - Address employee queries effectively to foster a positive work environment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR role is preferred. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Strong sense of ownership with a proactive mindset towards tasks. - Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools. - Preference will be given to candidates residing near Krishna Nagar.
