As an HR Lead at Kanwood International Private Limited, operating under the brand 1.2%, you will be responsible for supporting the growing team by managing various HR functions. Your role will involve recruitment, onboarding, employee training, record management, and upholding the workplace culture. We are seeking a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and takes ownership of their responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes. - Maintain and update employee records and HR documents accurately. - Plan and coordinate onboarding processes and conduct orientation sessions for new employees. - Facilitate and track employee training and development programs to enhance skill sets. - Promote and reinforce the company's culture and core values among the team. - Support daily HR operations ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. - Address employee queries effectively to foster a positive work environment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR role is preferred. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Strong sense of ownership with a proactive mindset towards tasks. - Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools. - Preference will be given to candidates residing near Krishna Nagar.
