Senior Marketing Executive

The Opportunity

This role is perfect for an ambitious marketer looking to gain end-to-end exposure while learning directly from senior leadership. You’ll manage the nuts and bolts of marketing — campaigns, content, events, and reporting — while building the foundation for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Campaign Execution & Support

   – Plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns across 

  online channels

   (social media, email, SEO, paid ads) and 

  offline channels

   (events, exhibitions, print), ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

• Brand Communication & Collateral Management

   – Create and manage marketing materials (brochures, presentations, product sheets, social creatives), maintaining 

  brand consistency across all touchpoints

  .

• Digital Marketing Coordination

   – Work with internal teams and agencies to run digital campaigns: prepare briefs, review creatives, track progress, and ensure activities meet campaign objectives.

• Event & Exhibition Coordination

   – Support the execution of 

  trade shows, product demos, and partner events

   by handling logistics, collaterals, lead capture, and post-event reporting.

• Reporting & Market Insights

   – Track campaign performance, prepare 

  regular marketing activity reports

  , and gather competitor intelligence to support decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 3–4 years in marketing, with exposure to both digital and offline channels.
• MBA in Marketing with 2–3 years’ experience also considered.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Familiarity with 

  digital marketing tools

   (SEO, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Analytics).
• Strong 

  communication and design sensibility

   for collaterals.
• Ability to manage vendors, agencies, and event logistics.

Mindset:

• Hands-on executor with an eye for detail.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn from a senior mentor.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a growing, fast-paced environment.
