Partner Recruitment & Prospecting - Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and recruit high-potential channel partners. - Research and target potential partners in key markets, industries, and geographies. - Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, industry events, and partner referrals. - Evaluate partner capabilities, market reach, and revenue potential before onboarding. 2. Partner Onboarding & Enablement - Manage the end-to-end partner onboarding process, including agreements, training, and certifications. - Ensure partners have access to sales collateral, product training, and marketing resources. - Conduct initial business planning sessions to align partner goals with company objectives. 3. Relationship & Performance Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners. - Monitor partner performance, track KPIs (revenue, pipeline growth, deal registrations), and provide support. - Address partner challenges and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. - Organize regular business reviews to assess progress and identify growth opportunities. 4. Market & Competitive Analysis - Analyse industry trends, competitor channel strategies, and market gaps. - Identify untapped regions or verticals for partner expansion. - Provide insights to leadership on partner needs and market opportunities. 5. Collaboration with Internal Teams - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Teams to align partner recruitment with company goals. - Coordinate with Marketing to develop partner recruitment campaigns (webinars, trade shows, co-branded content). - Liaise with Legal & Finance to streamline partner contracts and incentive programs. 6. Strategy & Reporting - Define and track recruitment KPIs (e.g., number of new partners, revenue contribution). - Maintain accurate records and partner management tools. - Report on recruitment progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership.
