Education: Post-Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent – must have completed)

CTC: ₹5.5 – 7.5 LPA (based on performance)

Engagement: 4-month internship followed by full-time

About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and people-first HR Lead to join our growing team in Bangalore.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to own everything from hiring and onboarding to culture and engagement, working closely with leadership and core teams.

You’ll be a key part of NYX’s high-growth journey, helping us attract and retain exceptional talent as we scale.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end recruitment across functions – sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent.

Manage employee relations, team engagement, and conflict resolution with empathy and clarity.

Build and manage a robust talent pipeline, ensuring great candidate experience.

Partner with leadership to support strategic hiring and team expansion plans.

Create and implement HR policies, performance frameworks, and feedback processes.

Drive culture initiatives that strengthen connection, motivation, and performance.

Track and analyze HR metrics – hiring efficiency, engagement, and retention.

Manage internship and training programs for continuous learning and growth.

What We’re Looking For

2 years of hands-on HR experience (especially in hiring and people management).

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

High ownership mindset with a strong sense of accountability.

Passion for people, culture, and team growth.

Proficiency in HR tools, ATS, and Google Workspace / MS Office.

Graduate and Post-Graduate degree (MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent) — mandatory.
