Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Node.js and majorly Next.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, and maintaining robust web applications, working across both the front-end and back-end of our projects. Key Responsibilities: Web Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and Next.js. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications on both desktop and mobile platforms. Back-End Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic, including API design and integration. Implemented payment gateway for Subscription based payment platform. Implement data storage solutions, such as databases and caching mechanisms. Ensure the security and data protection of applications. Front-End Development: Create and maintain dynamic and interactive user interfaces using Next.js. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement design mockups and ensure a seamless user experience. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and team practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6 to 12 years of professional experience in full stack web development. Strong proficiency in Node.js and majorly Next.js. Solid understanding of front-end technologies using JavaScript. Experience with database technologies, such as Fabric, PostgreSQL. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. Understanding of server-side rendering and client-side performance optimization. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Immediate joiners preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience with Python language along with Redis and Queuing technology. Knowledge of Docker and containerization. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. What We Offer: As we are in the early stage, there will be no fixed salary until we raise funding. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales with a strong background in B2B enterprise sales , preferably in adtech or media sales , with deep connections among marketing heads, decision-makers, and founders . In this strategic, hands-on role, you will drive NYX’s revenue growth and establish it as a leading performance marketing platform. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute strategic B2B enterprise sales and partnerships in the adtech/media space. Build and expand a strong pipeline through industry networks and direct outreach to marketing leadership (CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Founders).
