Human Resources Lead

As an HR Lead, you will play a crucial role in spearheading the Human Resources function across the organization. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience (8+ years) in HR leadership roles, preferably in dynamic or scaling organizations. - Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and people analytics. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage change and build HR strategies from the ground up. - Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
