ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - As an HR Administrator at Styldod, you will play a key role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience for founders and employees. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in the field of HR. Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and coordinating with candidates. Ensure timely payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management. Support the implementation and documentation of company policies and procedures. Handle employee queries and provide timely support or escalate when required. Coordinate performance review cycles and maintain related documentation. Assist with compliance documentation related to labor laws and internal policies. Help organize internal events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions. Work closely with finance and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS - 2–4 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role. Please note: Candidates with more than 4 years of experience will not be considered for this role. Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A proactive and reliable team player with a willingness to learn and grow. Collaborate with the founders to create and implement HR strategies that are in line with the companys goals and objectives. Develop and manage critical HR systems and processes including performance management system to track and enhance employee performance. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and policies. Act as a primary liaison for employee concerns and issues, providing guidance and resolution. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Understand the business landscape and provide HR solutions that drive business results. Cultivate a positive and inclusive company culture that reflects Styldods values. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years of proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably as an HR Business Partner or Lead HR. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Demonstrated ability to set up and manage HR systems and processes. Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
