The work environment emphasizes meritocracy and values excellence, innovation, and camaraderie. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially. - Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and coordinating with candidates. - Support the implementation and documentation of company policies and procedures. - Handle employee queries, provide timely support, or escalate when necessary. - Coordinate performance review cycles and maintain related documentation. - Assist with compliance documentation concerning labor laws and internal policies. - Help organize internal events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions. - Collaborate closely with finance and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - 2-4 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role. - Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Proactive and reliable team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
