ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - As an HR Administrator at Styldod, you will play a key role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience for founders and employees. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in the field of HR. Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and coordinating with candidates. Ensure timely payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management. Support the implementation and documentation of company policies and procedures. Handle employee queries and provide timely support or escalate when required. Coordinate performance review cycles and maintain related documentation. Assist with compliance documentation related to labor laws and internal policies. Help organize internal events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions. Work closely with finance and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS - 2–4 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role. Please note: Candidates with more than 4 years of experience will not be considered for this role. Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A proactive and reliable team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
