As an HR Administrator at Styldod, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring a seamless day-to-day experience for founders and employees. This position is well-suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to advance in the HR field. The key responsibilities include managing and maintaining employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially, assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, supporting the implementation and documentation of company policies and procedures, handling employee queries, coordinating performance review cycles, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies, organizing internal events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions, as well as collaborating with finance and other departments to facilitate smooth HR operations. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 2-4 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role. Please note: Candidates with more than 4 years of experience will not be considered for this role. - Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Proactive and reliable team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
