Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Lead. The Human Resources Lead will be responsible for managing HR functions, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel. The role is located in Gurugram, with some work from home acceptable.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute end-to-end

  recruitment

  for tech and non-tech roles (engineering, AI, product, GTM, operations).
• Build and scale

  hiring funnels

  , candidate pipelines, and outreach campaigns across LinkedIn and other channels.
• Partner with leadership to define and roll out

  HR policies

  , compensation structures, and people ops processes.
• Lead employee

  onboarding, engagement, and retention

  initiatives to strengthen company culture.
• Manage HR compliance, contracts, documentation, and basic payroll coordination.
• Build a strong employer brand in line with Echos strategic positioning in the deep-tech ecosystem.
• Coordinate training, performance review cycles, and operational cadence with functional heads.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management (5-10 Years)
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
