Role Description

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize daily calendar, schedules, and travel for the Founder.
• Coordinate high-priority meetings, external engagements, and follow-ups with partners and clients.
• Own logistics, meeting prep, briefing notes, and follow-up actions.
• Support operational workflows — document tracking, vendor coordination, and expense management.
• Assist in handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders with high EQ and attention to detail.
• Support event coordination, recruitment logistics, and key company milestones as needed.

What we are Looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in

  EA / Admin / Chief of Staff / Office Manager

  roles (preferably in startups or tech environments).
• Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and scheduling software.
• Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-through abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Based in or willing to relocate to
