Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning. Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll processing. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.). Develop and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions fairly. Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives. Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate training programs. Support management in workforce planning and organizational development. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field. 4–7 years of HR experience (preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG). Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and payroll systems. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
