Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. As a Human Resources Lead, you will oversee HR operations, manage policies, design employee benefits plans, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will also play a key role in personnel management, employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace environment to drive engagement and success. Qualifications Experience in Human Resources (HR) operations, including strategic workforce planning and recruitment Proficiency in HR Management and development of organizational policies Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, including labor laws and industry standards Expertise in designing and implementing Employee Benefits and wellness programs Strong skills in Personnel Management and employee relations Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Experience in team leadership and fostering a positive organizational culture is a plus
