As a Human Resources Lead at Fusion Feet, your role will involve overseeing HR operations, managing policies, designing employee benefits plans, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will also include personnel management, employee relations, and creating a positive workplace environment to drive engagement and success.
