Who are we looking for? If you are interested in sharpening your data engineering skills, want to dive into the world of cloud computing, and are interested in large scale analyses - we want you! What are your responsibilities? The Data Engineer’s role will be focused on working with the data engineering team and client management teams to define, develop, maintain, and scale up data solutions in support of our clients’ activities, as well as data platforms built internally by dentsu IL. Working closely with our data analysts and their clients in order to identify data needs, draw up specifications, and deliver easily accessible data and insights Development of workarounds to ad hoc data and analysis problems, using “out of the box thinking” Development of internal databases using 3rd party data for integration with client data Supporting the development of dentsu IL data solution projects, including data analytics platforms for specific use cases, while working with other stakeholders in the team to support the development of the solutions. Skills and Experience 1-2 years’ hands-on experience developing and deploying data pipeline solutions with python including Flask framework. 1-2 years' hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, including serverless solutions such as Cloud Run and Cloud Functions, as well as different data solutions and databases (BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Firestore). Minimal experience (up to 1 year) with git solutions, such as GitHub. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent - mandatory. Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills Fluent English (such as reading and writing technical documentation)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly capable and experienced HR Operations Lead to manage and scale HR processes across India and international locations, including Europe and other global entities. The role demands strong operational excellence, compliance knowledge across geographies, and hands-on experience in managing systems, employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, and vendor management in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations Management (India & Global) • Oversee employee lifecycle operations: onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and documentation for both domestic and international teams. • Ensure smooth and compliant HR service delivery across all geographies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors (PEOs, payroll partners, etc.). • Maintain and manage employee records, HRIS data accuracy, and document control across regions. Compliance & Policy Implementation • Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, POSH, etc.) and international employment regulations (including GDPR, local labor laws in EMEA/APAC). • Support internal and external audits and ensure HR policies and practices are standardized yet locally adaptable. • Draft, revise, and implement HR policies for global applicability while meeting country-specific compliance.
