RF Tester & Project Management

As an RF Test & Integration Engineer at Microwave Vision Group, your role will involve supporting the assembly, testing, and validation of advanced RF systems and subsystems. You will be responsible for executing comprehensive functional and performance testing, performing high-precision soldering, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Key Responsibilities: - Perform comprehensive functional and performance testing of RF assemblies to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards - Assemble, integrate, and verify RF subsystems including connectors, cables, filters, amplifiers, and other RF components - Execute high-precision soldering on RF and electronic components, including SMT and through-hole devices, for assembly and repair - Set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain RF test equipment - Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues identified during testing and integration phases - Accurately document test procedures, results, observations, and validation reports to support design improvements and product certification - Support on-site customer activities and field testing assignments as required Qualifications & Mandatory Skills: - Certified Engineer in Electronics or Electrical Engineering - Strong hands-on experience with RF laboratory equipment, including RF Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, and Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs - PNA or equivalent) - Proven expertise in high-precision soldering of RF and electronic components in compliance with IPC or equivalent standards - Hands-on experience in the calibration and operation of RF test setups at both component and system levels - Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently analyze complex test results, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions - Excellent documentation skills including daily reports, technical documentation, user guides, assembly, and test instructions - Strong communication skills with remote engineering teams and customers during on-site activities Additional Advantages: - Familiarity with automated test systems and data acquisition tools - Soldering certification About the Company: Microwave Vision Group provides a unified testing platform for a wireless world, offering cutting-edge technologies for the visualization of electromagnetic waves.
