As a proactive and organized Vehicle Condition Inspector, your main role will involve managing day-to-day inspection operations and serving as the key liaison between the Israeli management team and the local inspection workforce. Your strong leadership and excellent communication skills will be essential in overseeing quality and performance standards across multiple shifts. Your responsibilities will include: - **Leadership & Coordination:** Serving as the main communication bridge between the Israeli management team and the local inspection team. - **Shift Management:** Planning, organizing, and maintaining the daily shift roster for all inspection employees. - **Operational Support:** Actively participating in inspection shifts to maintain a hands-on understanding of workflows during day shifts between 08:00-24:00. - **Quality Assurance:** Monitoring inspection processes to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards. - **Reporting & Documentation:** Reviewing and verifying the proper reporting of vehicle defects within the company's structured information system. - **Training & Mentorship:** Facilitating and supporting training sessions conducted by the Israeli team, including the use of internal systems and basic AI tools. To excel in this role, you should have: - **Language Skills:** Excellent command of English with high proficiency in written and verbal communication. - **Experience:** Prior experience in leading teams or managing shift-based operations. - **Organizational Abilities:** Proven skill in creating and maintaining structured schedules and workflows. - **Work Hours:** Availability to work in day shifts (08:00-24:00). - **Tech Savvy:** Comfortable working with digital tools and basic AI-based systems (training provided).
