Vehicle Condition Inspection TL (Call Support)

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day inspection operations and serving as the main communication bridge between the Israeli management team and the local inspection workforce. Your role will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to maintain quality and performance standards across different shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Leadership & Coordination: Act as the key liaison between the Israeli management team and the local inspection team. - Shift Management: Plan, organize, and maintain the daily shift roster for all inspection employees. - Operational Support: Participate actively in inspection shifts to have a hands-on understanding of workflows during day shifts between 08:00-24:00. - Quality Assurance: Monitor inspection processes to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards. - Reporting & Documentation: Verify and review the proper reporting of vehicle defects within the company's structured information system. - Training & Mentorship: Support and facilitate training sessions conducted by the Israeli team, focusing on internal systems and basic AI tools. Qualifications Required: - Language Skills: Excellent command of English with proficiency in both written and verbal communication. - Experience: Previous experience in leading teams or managing shift-based operations. - Organizational Abilities: Demonstrated skill in creating and maintaining structured schedules and workflows. - Work Hours: Availability to work in day shifts between 08:00-24:00. - Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with digital tools and basic AI-based systems; training will be provided.
