Job Description

As an HR Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in hiring, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. - Supporting the campus placement hiring program and contributing to hiring strategies. - Participating in KRA and performance management implementation. - Monitoring and tracking employee relations issues, ensuring resolution and follow-up. - Conducting employee training, development activities, and rewards and recognition programs. You will also: - Review employment applications and background check reports. - Maintain accurate employee records and files. - Help schedule annual employee surveys. - Communicate and maintain the employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart. - Assist in the development of policies and reports. - Handle all exit formalities, including full & final settlement. - Organize employee engagement activities. - Promote HR programs and policies to create an efficient and conflict-free workspace. - Demonstrate proficiency in HRMS software and processes. - Undertake any other responsibilities as required. This internship offers a day shift schedule with weekend availability, and the work location is in person.,
