Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in implementing HR policies, facilitating personnel management, assisting with employee benefits, and contributing to the overall HR strategy. Day-to-day tasks may involve maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and providing support for other HR activities to enhance the employee experience and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
• Experience or interest in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
