Job Description

The HR Executive will play a key role in driving core people operations and creating a smooth employee experience across the employee lifecycle — from hiring to exit. The position requires a hands-on individual who can manage end-to-end recruitment, ensure seamless onboarding & offboarding, maintain attendance and leave discipline, and assist in building an engaging and performance-oriented culture.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Draft and post job descriptions across platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Internal References etc.).
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure timely offer rollouts.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, source efficiency, etc.).

2. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate pre-joining documentation, BGV and orientation schedules via HRMS (Empower HCM).
  • Maintain induction checklists and ensure departmental introductions are completed.
  • Manage exit processes — clearance, exit interviews, handovers, and documentation.
  • Generate insights from exit feedback to support retention strategies.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Oversee daily attendance, punctuality, and leave records through

  • Verify and reconcile attendance reports with department heads.
  • Manage leave approval workflows, short leaves, and on-duty (OD) requests.
  • Ensure policy adherence and flag attendance irregularities to managers.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture Support

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, town halls, and cultural events.
  • Support internal communications and recognition programs.
  • Gather feedback on engagement initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain an approachable presence for employee queries and grievance redressal.

Qualification Required:


  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a design, creative, or advertising environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (Empower HCM preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital tools.
