Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sr. Executive HR & Admin, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of Human Resources and Administration. Your role will involve overseeing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, supporting performance management, addressing grievances, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, you will be involved in office administration, facility management, vendor coordination, procurement, travel arrangements, and policy drafting to streamline operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. - Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. - Assist in performance management processes and appraisal cycles to support employee development. - Address employee grievances and actively participate in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. - Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, and Gratuity. Administration: - Oversee office administration and facility management in the West India region to ensure smooth operations. - Manage vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and service contracts for the organization. - Support travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation for employees as needed. - Monitor housekeeping, security, and office maintenance to maintain a clean and safe workplace. - Assist management in drafting policies, MIS reports, and documentation to streamline operations. Qualification Required: - Graduate in any discipline. Additional Diploma/Degree in HR/Administration would be an added advantage.
