Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Indore. The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and supporting the workforce to ensure effective HR management. The Human Resources Executive will also contribute to shaping a positive work environment and addressing the needs of employees while ensuring organizational goals are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
