Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce Consultant based in Indore, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Salesforce Consultant will be responsible for managing Salesforce.com administration and development, providing consultation and business analysis, developing solutions, and ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems. Daily tasks will include configuring and customizing Salesforce applications, analyzing business requirements, and providing support and training to users.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration and Development
• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise
• Experience in Consulting within the Salesforce domain
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are a plus
