You will also need to understand and configure Standard Mobile RF Technology, Storage Unit Management, handling Unit Management, and Yard Management. Other tasks will involve preparing user manuals, providing training to business process owners, Go-live preparation, and post-go-live support. For Support Projects, your duties will include interacting with clients through net meetings, calls, and emails, as well as handling Tickets & Tasks within defined SLAs. You will troubleshoot system issues, execute necessary changes in configuration, and analyze and resolve production support calls. Furthermore, you will raise Change Requests (CRs), write functional specifications for them, prepare test data, test CRs, and conduct regression testing. There will be interaction with other modules consultants, and you will be responsible for preparing test cases, test scenarios, and solution documents, as well as building logic for customized reports based on business scenarios. Your role will require strong blueprint creation skills to support the configuration of business scenarios, evaluating and amalgamating research findings to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
