Role Overview: As a Salesforce Consultant at Webkul, your primary focus will be on ensuring a high return on investment for clients. You will be responsible for handling queries from both local and international clients through various mediums such as emails, calls, and more. Your key responsibilities will include mapping business requirements to Salesforce product features, creating project management plans to maintain client relationships, and providing requirements to the technical team based on raw data gathered from clients. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with clients to understand their requirements and map them to Salesforce product features. - Create and manage project plans to effectively handle client relationships. - Gather raw data from clients and provide necessary requirements to the technical team. - Utilize Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, workflows, flows, data loader, and import wizard to enhance client experience. - Work on custom end-to-end Salesforce and CRM projects to deliver optimal solutions. Qualifications Required: - Exceptional client interfacing skills with the ability to map requirements to Salesforce product features. - Salesforce Administrator Certificate (ADM 201) would be advantageous. - Proficiency in SFDC CRM applications, particularly Sales and Service Cloud. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce tools like Process Builder, workflows, flows, data loader, and import wizard. - Experience in working on custom end-to-end Salesforce and CRM projects would be beneficial.
