As a Salesforce Consultant at Webkul, your primary focus will be on maximizing the return on investment for our local and international clients. You will be responsible for addressing client queries and concerns through various communication channels such as emails, calls, and other mediums. Your role will involve mapping the specific business requirements to the features offered by Salesforce products. Additionally, you will be creating project management plans to effectively manage client relationships and providing technical requirements to the development team based on the data gathered from clients. To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional client interfacing skills and be able to effectively align them with Salesforce product features. Having a Salesforce Administrator Certificate (ADM 201) will be considered advantageous. It is essential to have a solid understanding of SFDC CRM applications, particularly Sales and Service Cloud. Hands-on experience with various SF tools such as Process Builder, Workflows, Flows, Data Loader, and Import Wizard is required. Previous experience working on custom end-to-end SFDC and CRM projects will be beneficial.
