As part of continued growth, Alscient India is looking for experienced Salesforce Consultants to join the growing international team based in Pune, India (Hybrid). You will be supporting the UK consultancy and customers by delivering best in class Salesforce solutions for Sales, Service, and Specialist Cloud implementations across various sectors. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with the UK based Salesforce teams to design and deliver diverse Salesforce solutions. - Build futureproof cloud solutions and provide managed services to sectors like health, transport, telecoms, and social housing. - Provide technical expertise, team guidance, and mentorship on Salesforce projects. - Support a variety of customer engagements by following design documents and providing solution input. - Collaborate with UK customers and teams effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - At least 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, preferably from a top-tier Global System Integrator (GSI). - Salesforce certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App builder, with specialist certifications as an advantage. - Proficiency in technical document authoring with attention to detail. - Knowledge of Flows, Process Builder, and general automation. - Experience in end-to-end Salesforce project delivery. - Strong communication and consulting skills. - Organizational skills with attention to detail. - Experience with AWS, Jira, and Confluence tools would be advantageous.
