Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Chandigarh, India. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing various HR operations, handling employee relations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, and overseeing overall HR management activities. Daily tasks will include recruiting, onboarding, compliance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proficiency in handling Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience in the education or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
